I don’t believe a word when he says that gourmet cooking doesn’t have to be complicated (my store cupboard is NOT stocked to the brim with liquid glucose, gelatine and glucose syrup), but he can come and make me one of these any day. A mug crafted from chocolate and filled with some sort of coffee/caramel/chocolate delight!
