0900: Breakfast! I love scrambled eggs (that’s the second time I’ve blogged about this, ridiculous) but they photograph horribly. Luckily, taste much better.

1000: Feeling so sartorially uninspired. Dud day. Need some lovely, tribal-patterned cuffs on each wrist/arm for this to work, note to self for next time.

By the way, I have a few items in fine fettle that don’t really fit in my wardrobe as it currently is, anyone up for a swap? If so I can put some details up!

Oh, and are you looking carefully? It’s my new white rabbit ring! Alice in Wonderland connotations entirely accidental, but also fitting. I love soop.

Look at their lovely ensembles:

I want to build up a little forest collection of my favourites, the perfect rival to the traditional blingy cocktail ring!

1100: Presentation time! Blah blah blah.

Time disappears at some points and resurfaces at…

1700: Long-overdue soft skin, which took a lovely short ten minutes thanks to this stuff.

1800: I love this editorial so very much, the colours and beauty side of things particularly!

Now I’m writing the conclusion to the most important academic assignment of my life so far, no pressure, and then I’m going to continue reading Hässelby by Johan Harstad, a novel that has taken a children’s book character from the books by Gunilla Bergström and written about his underwhelming life in the adult world. All a bit depressing (though a good text, it must be said) so instead here’s a video from the television series made in the 1970s from the original Swedish children’s books:

One needs no language competance to enjoy the loveliness of that. If I ever have a baby, he had better be just like little Alfons. Be good, lovely readers, and if you can’t be good, be careful(!)

  3. I love that little ring! Very very cute. I just had a look on their etsy site, and all of their stuff is lovely! I like the funny little pig ring.
I also have had a bit of a face loving day. I have neglected my skin a bit recently, so I really needed to sort it out. Good old no.7 has sorted me right out! I love their microscrub and thick moisturising mask. It makes my skin so lovely and soft.

  4. I adore those rings, they are so sweet. My cousin has similar ones that are in the shape of diamonds, I’ve always been jealous of them… I cannot live without moisturiser!

Thank you so much for the lovely comment, it really means a lot that you like my blog! Love yours 🙂

  7. Yum! I want some eggs!
And those rings are such a cool idea. Academia is so taxing, I know! (I’ve been at uni for about 3 weeks, har har). Anyway, despite you saying you felt uninspired, I think your outfit looks cool. Just sayin’. I like the colours and drapery.

  8. a swap, eh? hah, i think the postage to send anything to you would be much over the value of most of my things, but you should post some items anyway, i love the idea of “free” shopping, and i probably wouldn’t be able to resist.
